W. J. Perkins Sworn recognized body to be that of Pickets M. Brown running a horse race horse threw tack throwing him against a tree . . . I do not know what part struck three. Some of after on track caused horse to fly track no person near track to cause horse to fly track. Cause accidental other horse threw but kept his tack. Deceased did not speak after being thrown . . .
