Eli Ginn Sworn Stephen said he felt unwell yesterday but at super last night ate very hardy of fired bacon and Cabbage he said no marks of violence.
Jacob Huntley I found Stephen about daylight lying on his face in the road near the mile remained with him until he died (about two hours) was unconcious during the time and not able to speak. . .
