Lucy Hancock Sworn Ses I was the wife of the deceased I don't think the deceased in his rite mind and has not bin for sum time he told me that his [???] was last and he entended to Kill him self I . . . found him under the wagon Shelter dead he the deceased I seen hang up by his neck I no he did it him self. I found him about 8 oclcok we have ben watching him for some time he has tired several times to kill him self.
