Coroner to P. F. Shafferd Sheriff Whereas by inquisition by me held on the 18th of June at Robert Tuckers it was found that, that is was the child of Henrietta Johnson that was found dead in the woods near Roberts Tuckers House and that from appearances that it was the intention to murdered it. . .
Mrs. Margaret Tucker Sworn Says, that Henrietta Johnson lived on the place of Robert Tucker. She is sure that the deft was pregnant up to 10th of June 1875- witnes though it about time for her to be confined. Deft complained on the morning of the 11 June of having the diarrhea, and kept going to herself ever few minutes, witnes was at home all day on the 11th June, Deft left about 9 oclock and was gone until about 10 clock, after Deft came back witnes are sure that she had been delivera of a child, on the 16th inst witness noticed that Deft's breast was wet and it sure it was caused by milk from her breast. On the 17th inst witness found the remains of an infant in the woods about two hundred yards from the house. . .
