Transcription: 

William Porre being sworn I recognize the body as that of Wm Fortune. I saw Wm Fortune last Sunday late in the evening almost too drunk to walk. Saw him after dark saw him at the quarter, and he asked me to bring him home which I did. I left him and did not see the deceased any more
Dr. C. Kollock being sworn Think that his dead was caused by exposure and remaining in the cold during the night which produced congestion & engorgement of the lungs which was sufficient to produce death.
