Wm Cassady Sworn Says _ Yesterday Morning the deceased did not come to the House for his breakfast. I thought there was something the matter with him, and I asked Mr. Terry to go down to the decease's house with me when we got to the deceased's house I called him but he did not answer. I then proposed to Mr. Terry to go in and see what was the matter with him, the door was fastened from the inside with a peg. Mr. Terry cut the peg with an axe, and we went in and found the deceased dead he was lying on the bed there was no marks of violence on deceased, never heard any person threatening the deceased. I found the deceased little after sun rise yesterday morning. I had the deceased working for me, the deceased seemed to be in good health the evening before.
