Violet Allen says when she came to the branch this morning with Caroline Williams and Emanuell Cash as soon as they discooe the Body in the water. Emanuell Cash tried to get away from her and she and Caroline Williams carried her up to B. F. Ellerber
Dr. J. K. McLean sworn says . . he finds four wound on the head and face and an opening her . . . extraordinary blood . . . sufficient violence to have caused her death
