Alex Powe said that he was standing near the belt which Wade Harper was fitting in a hanging position. Wade was trying to pull the loose belt from the wheel and got caught
J. C. Kirkley said the belt caught Wade Harper which he was trying to do something to it. Wade took hold of the belt and it caught him.
