Murphy Threatt being Sworn says: That I am the wife of the deceased: . . . David my husband the deceased went to the spring after a small pail of water: that as he was gone longer than usual I went after him to see what was the matter, and I found him laying in the spring run, . . . the back of his head was lying in the water but his face was out of the water looking upwards, he was dead . . . He had asthma and head trouble and had dizzy spells and choke at times so bad that he could not lie down. Dr. Duncan treated him at times. he told us what was the trouble, he had never fell before as I know of but he came near doing so at times when the dizzy spells would come on so bad he would have to sit down and complained of being about blind.
