Susan Johnson sworn . . . last Knight at 1 oclock and I called Charlotte = I went out and come back and called her and she asked me if I had been out and I asked if She had been up She said no her bosom was undun and I told her to fassen up her close I was afraid She would catch cold I went back to bed and went back to sleep this morning the baby wake me up = Charlottes baby = and I caled Charlotte and she did not speak and I went to the bed and shuck her and I though She had fainted and I got the camphor and rubed her and found it done no good and I went down the path and called Daniel Johnson and he come up to take the camphor and rub . . . She had something like heart trouble She has been sick about 9 months
Ella Johnson sworn . . . when I got hear Daniel Johnson = given her camphor and told her to rub Charlotte = and I felt at her pulse and found that it was gone and told Daniel that was no use to rub her I felt of her feet and found tha was getting cold and I knew tha was no use doing any thing els for I know she was dead =she has been in bad health for some time
