W. S. Rallings -- Sworn Says -- she was well in the early part of the night went to bed well. about 4 oclock A.M. She woke up & spoke to me a few words & about have the baby cried & I shook & called her & thinking something was wrong I got up & make a light & found her dead
Malissey Wise -- sworn says- . . . that she saw northing wong with the body -- was lying on her side in bed naturally -- eyes closed & mouth shut
