Riley James sworn says yesterday morning I saw the decest as he came from the Rail Road the deceast came Back with me in the wagon about twellor aocloak the deceast appeared to Be well there was not any Boboby mad with the deceast an I know of. I then say the dceceast near nite and he appeared to Be very Bad of and could not speake he was in his shanty where I saw him sickat nite he never got any Better . . .
Riley James Recalled Says the deceast when I saw him sick just Before he died he war foaming at the nose and mouth . . .
