Peter Jackson being sworn before me says I got to where Pleas Jackson was lying about the time they went to move him . . . moved him to the house. They brought him on a plank . . . I never went until I was called when I got to where the deceased lay I found himabout toe steps behind the plow, the plow was sticking in the ground where I saw it the ox was standing in the edge of the swamp
