J. A. James sworn says I am a practicing Physician . . . I found now violence done the body. there was one auebra sion on the head which was done while on the ground. I think he lived sometime after his fell . . . In my opinion he wandered to where he was found dead and died from exposure to the core the burse on his head was not sufficient to have caused death . . .
