Mr. Jno L. Huggins being sworn says, Deceased Isabelle Huggins is my wife she was well as usual on Monday worked all day that day and set up and knitted until 9 o'clock that night. I lay down about 5 minutes fore she did we talked some after we lay down. I spoke to my wife and she did not answer right off I spoke and said you seem to be asleep and she said no John I am not asleep . . . there after three o'clock I hear my wife struggle in her breath I . . . called her and she did not answer. I throwed by hand over her face appeared to wake her and she paid not attention in it I shock her and could not wake her I called the children and told them their mother was dying an made a light and rubed her face with camphor. Deceased never breathed after the struggle I heard her make. . .
