Loraine McQueen being sworn says The deceased Chas McQueen is my husband. I went with Allen McLane when deceased was found, when I got there I found him lying on the road side. I saw a little blood on the side of his mouth He could not speak, he did not speak before he died. I took a -- bottle out of his pocket, there was nothing it is. My husband was not a healthy man. He complained with pain in his heart. He did not seem to be in any particular pain or agony. . . I do not know what caused his death. . he left home on Saturday morning, ate a hearty breakfast as usual. He has been complaining several years with thick pain in his heart. No particular place but simple his heart. He breathed hard until he died. . .
D. C. being sworn says. . . I walked with him -- mile . . .Deceased seemed well all but seemed to be drinking and said several times it was not common for him to be in this fix. . . I saw no whiskey but smelled some, when we pared was about 400 yds from where I was told deceased was found on Sunday morning. . .
