M. C. Baucam Sworn and says The child was alive at eleven oclock it nursed at that time. nothing more the matter than common the child has been sick all its life, never seen a well day about five o'clock I awoke up and found the child dead in the morning of the 29th of Nov. 1894.
Dr. J. D. Thunderburk sworn . . . cause of death was probably failure of heart action.
