Transcription: 

J. W. Presson Sworn and says the child was crying through the night I had to get up and make up the fire so my wife could get up with the child. I took the child after awhile it became quiet and I put it to bed. Then I went back to bed and when I arose this morning I found the child dead. I did not have any idea the child was sick.
