R. J. Almond sworn says that Lee Roy Almond is his child. Six weeks old was found dead at 3 o'clock this morning . . . The child on the evening previous to its death appeared to have some trouble with it's Lungs supposed to be cold had received no injuries from any cause. Known to me there was no stayed on in the house during the night except myself and wife it was lying on its mother's arm when found dead.
