Boston Jones, jr was at Susan Medlocks House, and Susan Medlock ordered Boston Jones to leave her house, and Boston Jones said he would kill her before he would go off from the house, Susan Medlock, Threatened Boston Jones with her Brother, by saying she was going after her brother Dave Medlock, and when she made an effort to go after her brother Boston Jones caught Susan Medlock, and throwed her a cross box[?] and put his knee on her Stomach and choked her until she could not speak ... she told me that before she died that she had never been clear of pain since Boston Jones beat her, and choked her and said that she could never recover from the injuries which she received at the hands of Boston Jones, she requested also that she should be cut upon and examined, which could prove that Boston Jones was the cause of her death

She began to swell in about two weeks after Boston Jones Beat her

I found upon Post mortem examination a distended abdomen filled with fluid
