I was standing the main line of R & D R this evening ... at the time of arrival of passenger train for augusta. I notice a collord man coming towards the Station on north side of [?] track and when to the best of my knowledge when a bout 80 Yds of the Depot said collord man stepped on the track between the rails about 25 ft in the advance of the ingine instance the Engine blowed danger signal the party not noticing said signal was struck by said Engine, knocked off, falling over again, and track on South side of main line
