Bill Gasten and his wife was fighting and Aunt Bridgett Etheridge went to where they fighting and taken her walking stick from Bill Gaten and told Bill Gasten to let his wife alone and she then turned around and started back to the Kitchen. Bill Gasten then went and got a weeding Hoe and struck Aunt Bridgett Etheridge with the Hoe and she fell when Bill Gasten struck her

I saw Bill Gasten go from the wood pile where he was sitting to the Kitchen and went in the Kitchen and came out of the Kitchen with Aunt Bridgetts Walking stick in his hand and went to the well where his wife was and struck her with the stick and throwed her down and choked her ...
