Thomas Cherry and Charles Cobb had a difficulty ... When I came up Thomas Cherry and Charles Cobb were quarelling. Ben Amos and Mahlon Jones was present I requested Cherry to come away Cherry was cursing Cobb called him a Damn Puppy. Cobb replied what are you. Cherry asked Cobb if he meant to call him a Damn Puppy. Cobb replied what are you. Cherry said if you call me a Puppy, I will ag you in the face. Cobb said you are nothing else. Cherry had an umbrella in his hand and Jabed him in the right eye, Cobb fell towards Cherry and they clinched. I did not see Cobb with a knife I did not separate them
