I went to the engine to See about having some oats threashed and Walked behind the Separater and Sit down. In about 3 minutes I heard the boiler burst. I then walked out from behind the Engine and looked down the road and Saw a man laying [?] in the road about 30 yards from me I went there and it was Robt Reynolds I though he was dead. We carried him in the Shade and he came too in about 2 1/2 hours I heard the little fellow hollow in Side of the field but I did not Know who it was. We toated him in the Shade and he lived until 1/2 past 9 oclock last night. I did not examine the body of Either of them. Am Satisfied that the Explosion caused the death of Robt & Hampton
