I know Elick Youngblood he has no Mother living his Father is in peneitinary[?] Elick was staying at Wilson Micken[?] for a time that his princible Home was with Eliza Hunnt[?] ... a report had been circulated that the child had been thrown into the pond ... I have seen this Child and others in the woods is not known whether they left on account of ill treatment or not

the Children had a great dread of Eliza would run at her sight and Cry when threatened with her

said if some body did not take the Child she would put him in Sim[?] Warrens Mill pond

I know that Eliza iltreated the Child Elick and the Child was going from place to place they were badly Clothed and some times Naked
