Prophet the deceased was gong to Charles smallwoods to pay him some money and Alber Warren John Warren Dave Hatcher Wm Smallwood left Mr Troys together and I saw what I taken to be a large knife handle sticking out of Albert Warren side Pocket all appeared to be friendly
