the deceased Harry and Col Sinkins Elbery commenced quarreling about 25 cts that deceased owed Elbert. The deceased said it was only 20 cts and that he would whip Elbert if he said it was 25 cts ... I then let decd loose who advanced to Elbert and struck as many as two licks, when decd turned to me and said he has cut me and said I am dead Repeating it three times
