went to where the cannon was being fired. I found a considerable crowd around there amongst whom was the deceased Isaac Matthias Jones, directly after I arrived there I heard decd swearing and saying some one had insulted him ... hen then asked where was Markey

I considered both decd and Markey were intoxicated
