Mrs Randall, testified that the woman Chaney now dead before the jury, came to her house early in the day, apparently in fine health, and spirits and had been engaged in washing the floor of one of her rooms, until about half after three OClock, this afternoon, when she complained that her feet was cold and took a seat near the fire, when she did not sit more than one or two minutes before she fell from her chair and immediately died almost without a struggle.

Dr J. A. Creighton ... is fully satisfied the woman died from a disease of the heart.
