decd with witness and Wm Blocker were out hunting Rabbits ... decd saw a Rabbit and said Stop Jesse let me go and Kill it and ran after the Rabbit and ran about one hundred and fifty yards and witness saw decd fall forward on his face witness ran to decd then and turned him over on his back decd was lying across his gun when witness reached where decd fell
