John B. Bailey saith on oath that he found Adam Davis about Day Brake Lying across the fire face to the ground with 2 chairs[?] & some Brush piled up on top of the dead man Davis he also says that the said A Davis & his wife did not live in Peace[?] together

after he had been Drinking & he was Intoxicated so that he could not walk without staggering
