Wily Wood Witness Sworn says that he was with Marin Comer the deceast the day previous to his death some four or five hours and that he complained some and that he the witness has been with him more or less ever since he recd a wound in the forehead with a knife and that he was complaining more or less at all times and that he the deseast did not have any mind to tell anything when he would start it and that Even when at work he would stop and act in a simple manner as though he was an eidet and that since the wound in the forehead with the Knife as he said he the deceast was dull to speak and would not talk without drawing it out by talking to him wit says that before the deceast recd the wound in the head he was very free to talk and did not appear to be so dull and would allways work right along without any simple actions about it witness says he was not with him when he recd the wound but saw or found him in the field at work the next morning and persuaded him to quit and go to the house and after deceast left the field, wit, went to his deceast house and he deceast appeared to be in a greadeal[?] of misery and was bleding freely at the nose witness says deceast told him that severall nights after he recd the wound he could not rest or ly down but walked the road near all night

he was present and saw seaborn Woolbright stick a Knife in the head of Mastin Comer deceast and that the Knife blade broke loose from the handle and remained in the head of deceast and had to be drawn with a pair strong nipers[?]
