Clough Rice, husband of deceased sworn, says married in Sept. 1884. part of the time have no lived agreeably. have not had any cross words the last 12 mos. My wife complained of not feeling well wednesday last. complainted of pain her back & bowels. gave her two pills thursday night obtained from Mrs. B. Dillard. I do not know of what kind they were. also a dose of Castor oil friday night. Chris Briggs first told me she was dead at 11 a.m. today. She was not able to do household chores the last 3 days. felt better this morning. Clough Rice
