Julia Kilpatric sworn says her father Samuel Kilpatric complained of his breast, back, and legs. he complained also of his right jaw. his jaw and face were swelled, right eye nearly closed up, tongue and throat swelled so that he could not use his tongue. had not eat any bread in a week and a half. before he died he drank milk. never heard him say that any one struck him. had kept his bed about two weeks.
