Richard Hyatt
Being duly sworn saith on oath that on Tuesday last he seen Mr. Hyers at the store of Rosser & [?] when he got on his horse that was in the [?]'s he seemed to be sober from the manner he got on his horse and he supposed he was starting home as he seen him pass down broad street in Camden. This was about 12 o'clock. He did not see any more of him. Richard Hyatt
