Susanna Parker saith on oath that on the night of the 23rd of August she the sd. Susanna Parker was present with Josiah Parker until the usual time of going to bed and that he the said Josiah Parker went to his bed as usual and that she never saw him until the morning of the 24 Instant. She went to the well to draw water. She then and there saw he the said Josiah Parker drowned in the well and by what means or in what way he came to be there she is not able to say for she did not hear any noise or interruption through the coarse [sic] of the night.
