Transcription: 

Sely Rice being sworn. Says that she is a mid wife and has been for about twenty or thirty years heard that Nan Williams had a child and went over to Nelly Sanders, where Nan Williams lives on yesterday about 11 o clock found Nan Williams in bed and a larg [sic] boy baby in bed with her dead with marks around its throat... as if it had been Strangled. Nelly Sanders said the child was born a while before day.
