Henriette Hillian swore says I don't know anything about it only Duke come after he and Said George Ann's baby was dead and I come and it was dead and I saw some blood . . . it was . . . just a small spot on Sheet it was lying on its write side its mother was on the head when I got here a little after sun up
J. B. Threatt, M.D. after examining the baby at dead child in my judgment it caused to its death from Strangulation or Suffocation I found no Signs of foul play
