Richard Rogers being sworn the child lying dead is mine. It is unnatural. I do not know when it died I found it dead this morning about sun up the child is about 3 weeks old we found the child in the bed. My wife slept with it. My wife called me and said the child was dead. I dont know what caused it death. The child was living about dark last night it was lying on its side when I saw it this morning.
