Judy Lance Says she active as midwife at the birth of said infants which took place Sunday night July 12th 1879 -- Were both born alive -- One of said infants died about five minutes after birth -- The other lived about 11 hours. . .
Mary Williams Sworn -- says -- Martha Johnson is the mother of said infants . . . Alice Williams buried them Sunday night about 10 or 11 O'clock -- after the rain. They were born prematurely. No one was with Alice Williams at the burial --Tried to get help but failed . . .
