found Waganan moved from off the Plank, Deponent went to him and asked him if he was not cold, Waganan said he was not

Waganan was very funny & lively, and he [?] very drunk [?] before seen sit, Waganan, fell & the side of his neck struck the nob[?] of a chair. Witness said to Mr Wilson, he believd Waganan had broke his neck, about sun set Mr Anderson asked Witness to help him with Waganan out of the barn[?], & They laid him on a Plank
